Yeah sometimes missing doses for me causes it. Usually it is when stopping and starting a new one. But like I said I have had them where they having to do with meds.

The worst in severe depression with some psychosis. Even dreams of suicide. Wake up with huge anxiety and fear.

Lately sleeping good but still lots of dreams. If you dream to much you don't get enough stage four deep sleep and don't feel rested. AD's have done this to me.
