My mind always has a song playing. Usually on repeat. Often something I've heard earlier (so kids songs these days) but it's constant.

As for the voices, I hear what sounds like a laugh track or an old sitcom playing, especially at night. I would get up repeatedly to make sure I didn't leave the tv on. But it's rare I can make out the exact words.
