I love it when my T does that. One time I was telling her about how I didn't want to go out over the weekend to do anything. I said that I'd rather just sit in my comfy chair and be anxious and depressed. She kind-of laughed and said "yes, because that feels so good doesn't it". It was just an offhand comment, but I liked it and it made me smile even though it wasn't a joke.
