Hello c2345: Anxiety can produce all sorts of physical symptoms. And severe anxiety, carried for an extended period of time, can be worse yet. As CANDC recommended, the best thing is first see your medical doctor & clarify, in your own mind, what is going on with you medically. Also consider seeing a therapist with whom you can talk at length about your fears. The therapist can help you to put things into perspective & learn ways to deal with ongoing anxiety. (And keep posting here on PC, as well! Writing about your fears can also be calming...)
