your being a good mom and worrying over the kid as babies humans are pretty tough we can take some hits and still come back stronger ........and this stuff happening now is better then it happening later ..........because her cells are dividing at a faster rate then yours are so she can recover quicker and build up a immune system ........as a kid i tried to get sick so as a adult i do not get sick ........i can not rem the last time i had the flu or a cold
