I think that it would be better for me to see a psychologist for my issues, but I find it hard and embarrassing to touch the topic with my parents (as some of you know well, since I always repeat it ). When I was finishing the university year, I decided to wait to have finished the exams and graduated, and then tell it to my parents and begin seeing someone. Then the new school year began, and I was busy studying, so I decided to wait till the end of the school year, in December, so I could begin seeing someone in the period in which I didn't have lessons (January). Now I think that I'll be however busy with the exams and stressed enough for them without adding another problem, and it's better to wait. But the 'right moment' never arrives! There is always something else that keeps me busy and steals my energy, and I don't feel that I could handle also this conversation with my parents, and maybe neither the fact to begin therapy. I only mentioned to my mum that sometimes I feel this need, months ago (maybe she neither remembers it now), then I didn't touch the topic anymore...
I don't know how to do...
