Also, if it might matter, I am a male with no brothers and 3 sisters. As best I know my 3 sisters do not appear to have any sz challenges. I was first hospitalized age 28, if that matters.

Dude, I've been hospitalised almost 10 times in the past and believe me, it can change up between acute crises anyway. In Britain they're focusing more on transdiagnostic models and trauma informed services in our National Health Service... all good stuff that sprouted out of the Canadian system and is a progressive step forwards in working with people in lieu of less medication and more strongly addressing root causes and exacerbating factors to mental illness.
