Again, I'm really sorry for everything you went through.
As a proud feminist, I support the rights of everyone-male and female-and believe that everyone's voice is important.
I could go on and on about how much everyone-male and female-is hurt by sexism, gender roles, and gender-based stereotyping, but I don't want to hijack your thread.
I think part of the reason why I reacted so strongly to this is because I can't relate at all to your initial problem...I am a bisexual female, but whenever I have feelings for a man it is always in spite of his manly appearance, not because of it.
But I have nothing against men! Aesthetically, I just find soft curves a lot more attractive than big muscles and body hair.
So we're kind of on opposite ends of the spectrum, haha.
I think it is really interesting how varied people's tastes can be.

I'm not actually offended by you personally. I just find modern feminism in the western world to be extremely sexist and toxic. However, I do totally agree with you on gender roles and stereotyping. That is something we as a society needs to overcome. Which is why I find a belief that explains someone's personal struggles by erasing that person's individual experience to reduce them to only their gender and then proceed to blame another gender problematic and counterproductive to the overall goal.
If you really believe that all women are oppressed in the western world by a society of men and their ideas of masculinity that poisons everyone, both collectively and individually, then I don't believe you really know what equality between the sexes really means.
Sexuality is interesting and I do wonder how much of my sexuality plays into this.
