I don't know how much I can help but I can say I was on Celexa for 11 years and it also caused my blood pressure to stay low... 99/65 ish and my pulse was Low. When I came off (also for health reasons) my blood pressure stayed about the same.. It wasn't this low prior to Celexa. My resting heart rate did increase a little from 45-50 to 55-70.
