Just an update, I have seen a chiropractor to have some "adjustments"... I don't know what they really call it. Alot of popping or cracking noises, and some manipulation of the sacroiliac area. It aches after, but I'm able to walk and do more before it hurts too badly. I had a migraine after yesterday. My sister was annoyed with me, she thinks chiropractors are dangerous. She said "don't let him snap your neck again". Well I did yesterday afternoon. It sometimes cracks on its own. My neck is out of alignment but I knew that for years. Its the lower back and hips that hurt.
Anyways, tomorrow is my appt. for an mri. It will take weeks to find results. It could be arthritis. My sister has psoriatic arthritis for years. It isn't genetic though. So here's hoping it is just good ol deterioration.
