I just got out of agitation. It helped me to listen to light hearted music, hot herbal tea sweetened with honey, a hard piece of candy to suck on and take notice of how it tastes and such. AND the kicker.....
I wouldn't literally just shake and move violently in one spot to get that inner energy out. example...running in place.
I also started taking Risperdal and with doing all of that I have found relief.
