It can be hard to make yourself do something when you sure as heck don't feel like it. But with anything, once you force yourself, it does get easier and better.
Usually, when I am feeling somewhat blue and out of sorts, I like to do something for someone else. Whether it be a phone call to help brighten a shutins day, or a quick visit or shopping for someone who is ill. Knowing that I've helped someone else usually takes me right out of the drink and back into the pink
