Food allergies. Probably casein, though I'm only guessing because you said Hershey kisses (milk chocolate with more milk then chocolate). I, personally, enjoy the lovely sensation of my throat closing and lips swelling when I drink or eat dairy products. It sounds like you have a different reaction. It could be lactose intolerance too. If that is the case, then nothing is wrong with you. That is our normal state - but yes, go to the doctor. I'm guessing with no evidence and no medical degree based on my own anecdotal experiences.
