Hi, guys.
I wasn't going to workout today, because I went to sleep at a little after 3am then got woken up at about 5am, then again at 10am, ... slept in 'till almost 2pm. x_x NOT GOOD.
Anywho, just did the workout, but to make matters worse, I started feeling pretty nauseous about 30 minutes in, so I called it quits at about 33 minutes. I didn't do too much, ... too much resting, but still did enough to class it as a decent workout.

I didn't really wanna go until I hurled; wouldn't have been wise. I think I just ate something crappy too soon before the workout.
