My brother is very uptight and I have to teach him how to drive.
It takes very little to make him overwhelmed. When explaining things to him you have to talk slowly and clearly. If you ask him to do two things at once he'll explode with anger because he is overwhelmed (like talk on the phone and order something off line).
This causes issues when teaching him how to drive. He has a hard time turning the car because he doesn't turn the wheel in one fluid motion and when I make advice he pouts and becomes angry. This is one example.
He'll cry, become passive aggressive, raise his voice and pouts the whole time I'm teaching him. Then he becomes more passive agressive when you correct him or try to show him how to do it. BTW he's 20.
