hmm well being a bulimic, id have to say, yes. actually, i have. I have been on every dag on diet you can think of i swear. I went on the South Beach diet and it worked, the first week i lost 4 pounds. I ate everything that I was supposed, strictly follwed all the rules and guidelines. I was never tired or hungry, But i wasnt happy, it wasnt foods i like and it was too much hassel. GOod luck, some diets arent for everyone, just test try a few and see which ones fit you best
