Hi everyone,
I'm really feeling and enjoying my snaps more than ever before. I love the idea that snaps are joining my inner vitality with present moment awareness where a SNAP is like a "bell of mindfulness" as in Buddhist meditation practices.

I'm still doing yoga and walking and some other exercises. Even though I'm not depressed anymore, I might add a sitting meditation and try light therapy in 2015, just to have the experience. This is a nice calm time of year for me to get lots of work done and think about the new year. I hope that 2015 is wonderful for all of you also.
