I wasn't going to workout today, because I went to sleep at a little after 3am then got woken up at about 5am, then again at 10am, .. slept in 'till almost 2pm. x_x NOT GOOD.
Anywho, just did the workout, but to make matters worse, I started feeling pretty nauseous about 30 minutes in, so I called it quits at about 33 minutes. I didn't do too much, .. too much resting, but still did enough to class it as a decent workout.
Take it easy, dude. I like your dedication, but remember to look after yourself. Its a marathon, not a sprint!
I did some good work today, but if I fall off a bit over the festive season, that's OK. My new year resolution will be to have a real fitness month in January. Nothing greatly different to what I'm doing now, but a re-dedication of energy!
