I started out Lexapro at 5mg-- nausea, somewhat jittery, sweaty, trouble sleeping... but it wasn't to the point of vomiting... talk to your doc, maybe start at a lower dose. I eventually went off of it because my obsessive-anxiety-rumination-image-problem-thingies were increasing. Hey, isn't that the name of a disorder? lol Good luck with the Lexapro.
