It may be a billing error, or she may be taking time getting around to submitting claims?
I'm guessing she hasn't said anything to you about it at all. Did you guys have an alternate payment arrangement? I have one with former T, but she still sends me bills updating after every monthly payment... Definitely ask T about it.
