Emsam is a transdermal antidepressant patch, however it is a monoamine oxidase inhibitor. I know of no antidepressants that come in injectable depot form. If you found a drug that came in capsules you could open them and put them into your feeding tube. Most of the antipsychotics have a depot version available, in low doses these can function as antidepressants.
