sounds like attention problems to me, but dont forget that lots of things cause attention problems and ADHD is just one of them! does anything feel like a recent 'onset', or instead just a recent 'problem'? for example, people didn't care that i was late when i was 6, but they sure cared a lot when i was 16 - as opposed to only starting to be late to things at 16. it's also worth considering what specifically you consider a 'problem', and in how many areas of your life they interfere. ADHD is present in all aspects of life, and may be less of a problem depending on environment; but its important to remember that a bad environment in particular could make someone seem to have ADHD, for example
dont forget to keep goal-oriented and avoid getting caught up in ruminating on your symptoms! learning about yourself is good and diagnosis can be a powerful force, but ruminating does quite a number on your mood. wish i could give you tips on getting thru school with attention problems but i wasn't exactly doing well when i went thru.. so instead i give you good luck!! haha
