Please remember that a few bad days do not equal a bad life. If you can feel the depression lurking, get into your Pdoc as soon as you can and see if you can head off the depression before it gets too bad.

Not working can really do damage to your self esteem. I know the longer I go without working the worse I feel and the more confidence I loose. But it all comes back when I start again, and I'm sure it will be the same with you. Try to go with the flow and see the positives in not working. By the sounds of it, it has given you some "healing" time. Use this "you time" to heal as much as you can, then worry about the work situation when its time to start working again.
