"We'll continue on Tuesday/Thursday". It is a pretty good way to finish, I think, focusing on the fact that it is a continuing conversation. When I pay (a couple of times a year) we get that out of the way first thing. I wouldn't like to do it at the end of the appointment. If there is any scheduling change to be discussed we do it at the beginning, too, but that is rare. I have two set appointments a week, at the same time on Tue and Thu every week. (Unless it is stupid Christmas week or stupid New Years week or stupid Epiphany stupid week.)

My fantasy would be that T would say "We don't need to stop just yet, let's keep talking for another hour or two."
