I have some wonderful friends at work. I didn't know just how blessed I am with them until yesterday. Some might remember my dad passed away a year ago yesterday. Well 3 of my friends at work gave me a card expressing their caring for me, they knew it would be a tough day for me, and my supervisor gave it to me on my way out. I'm glad I waited to read it until I got home, so I didn't have to start bawling at the office. I felt so touched and cared for that they would remember and write in a card for me! I felt held in the same way that I feel in therapy.
