Have you considered that you are feeling jealous legitimately? Reading your post, I get the feeling that you have good reasons for being jealous. It might be better for your self-confidence to end this relationship and find a boyfriend who treats you better. At college you have lots of guys to choose from - why settle for someone who isn't as into you as you are into him?
