You know Jinnyann I think it is the male of the species. Don't bother with him. If you like the way you look in your new clothes that's all the really matters.
Even though both my pdoc and therapist have talked with my husband about my depression, he is totally clueless. He doesn't have any idea how even the least little bit of recognition or praise would help.
We don't need a marble pedestal (although that would be nice ) just some acknowledgement that we do exist.
