Literally just happened, this lady was late for her appointment and got all snippy with me because I need to have her fill out consent/consultation forms.

I'm sorry but it's her own fault she's late I still have to do my job of checking her in before she gets a service done! Then I tell her to go to the waiting room to fill out the papers so the esthetician knows she's here so she decides to be a defiant c*** and stand there in front of me to fill out paperwork, I had to tell her 3 times to go downstairs!! I had to take a Xanax immediately after she went downstairs because she has to come back to me right after to pay UGHHHHHHH this is one of the many reasons I can barely hold down a job. I want to tell her to ef off and I absolutely do not want to be nice to her.
