Of course no sensible person gives a toss about improving their customer service skills but it will sell the idea to your manager better than the idea that the customers hack you off so much you need help dealing with it!

Honestly I probably shouldn't even be in the customer service industry it's so difficult having BPD because other people's moods have such a huge affect on me I'm still in the early stages of DBT so I don't have a lot of emotional and interpersonal skills just yet.
But my employer is EXTREMELY lax to the point where I could of flipped out on her and not be fired or even reprimanded, luckily I am not that type of person and would rather stay hidden than cause a scene at my place of work so anyway my point is they wouldn't look into that type of improvement and they know I have BPD/Bipolar but this is a holistic healing center so their mindset on mental illness is a bit off they don't understand the severity of it from my perspective.
