If it's bothering you, you should! I have found it's best to trust one's judgment about creepy people.
For example, I worked in retail in college and there was this assistant manager I had nicknamed "Mr. Creepy" (for no exact reason except for a feeling I had). I was friends with the manager who told me about a comment Mr. Creepy had made re: me, and I was definitely right, yuck!
