I start by making a list of the things I need/want to do. Then I break them down into small steps so I don't over extend myself. I try to just start with one thing at a time and if I don't get something done, I just bump it to another day. I add things I like to do as well as chores that need to be taken care of, that way I have a mixture of things I like to do and some I don't really want to do. I keep the list small and doable. As I feel better I do more. And I don't let myself feel guilty if I don't complete the list.
