How do you communicate with your alters?

I practice automatic hand writing where the subconscious writes without conscience control. It's right up there with pendulum movement technique and hypnosis.

I can directly communicate with my alts through ths method. I've been doing it for 30 years, and can write as fast as normal. Pretty Kewl, each alt has a different writing style.

I ask yes/no questions and regular questions. I can feel the push on the stylus without conscience effort. As I'm writing, I can hear the words pop into my head through alter voices.

I use to study psychology and methods when I was younger. I'm sure there will be naysayers, but it has been the best method of communication for me.

One must hold the stylus/pen on paper loosely but enuff to hold utensil. Ask a simple question. Let the fingers move without conscience effort. It's like learning to write again. It'll be slow before you're a pro. I do it effortlessly now.

This method of sub-conscience communication has been around longer than most of you been alive. Ask Freud, lol.

It takes practice, but everyone can do it. Alters have a lot to say. I hope this helps
