Hi,
There is no real genetic or blood diagnostic test for bi polar disorder. It is all based on symptoms. If it is in your family you are at higher risk but that doesn't mean you have it. There is most likely a genetic/ biological component to it but it is not understood well enough to have such a test. You want to watch for symptoms.
