What you describe does not sound like my mixed episodes. My mixed episodes are this burning energy inside me, making my skin tingle and burn. I can sleep with meds, not without, I am constantly and dangerously suicidal, I self harm to try and let the energy out. If anyone gets on my bad side they get their head ripped off. Im completely agitated and energetic yet so low I feel I cant live another day.

Wow thats my mixed episodes too. The worst thing you can experience is what a mixed episode feels like
