Make a schedule to do things. I find telling myself to do things despite how I feel. Once you do one thing it can get the ball rolling again. Even getting out of the house can free your mind up a bit. Make a time to catch up for a coffee/tea with a friend. Don't push too hard though. Be kind to yourself.
