I was only diagnosed this year so the concept is still growing on me but it's been there all along.
I see a therapist who uses schema therapy with me. There are different forms of therapy - DBT is a big one.
Don't worry too much about the online test and severe / not severe etc. Wait until you see your mental health practitioners and take it from there. Different disorders may have a few criteria that overlap one another and you can get false positive/negative results. You've got strong feelings about this so I hope for you that you get the answers to your questions on Monday.
