I did my cbt, sat outside reading a magazine, pinched one of my partners cigarettes (naughty naughty) and journalled. Then I came in and meditated for 2 1/2 hours. I started feeling anxious and agitated again near the end of the meditation but I layed still until it went away.
I still have 6 hours of this day to get through and I havent even started on my chores.

but it worked u are feeling better less stressed ..........u are in southern part of the world it is nice and warm out why not get a tan (if u can ) if not then just soak up some vit a and d from the sun
