That's not an accurate portrayal of everyone's experience. My guy has multiple orgasms usually. Because of my sexual issues, I've never had one. I'm not completely convinced it's possible to have ONE with a partner, let alone multiple. I guess most women orgasm super easily then? Maybe some of us physically can't orgasm more than once no matter what we try (I think I've been able to orgasm twice in a day on my own but they had to be separated by multiple hours). Sorry I'm not all that helpful, but don't forget how lucky you are to even get one orgasm with a partner. P.S., I hope you figure it out though…I'm sure your body is normal, unlike mine.
