It is quite normal to think about therapy and look forward to it. I'm sorry you dreaded your last therapist, that sounds quite uncomfortable (even if she did help you out).
If you start obsessing about it to the exclusion of other areas, or stalking your therapist, I would be concerned, but looking forward to a safe place to talk about the stuff that bothers you is not unusual or concerning. Sounds like things are off to a good start with your new T... Hope it keeps up.
Also, there are many threads discussing attachment in therapy, and positive therapy experiences. Some of the titles are about missing therapists also. You can browse through the forums, or run a search on it all and you might get more threads than you can read anytime soon.
Welcome again. And glad to hear that things sound more positive with this T, even if it's "just" looking forward to seeing her.
