I just turned 54 and like many here have had an incredibly difficult life. The details don't even matter anymore, only today does.
I have always tried to help others throughout my life but in the past year my focus has changed. Now I wish I could tell everyone in the world who is cold, alone or facing difficulty, that at least one person cares for them. I would like to hug the world.

Aging can come with a sense of grace and compassion, let it come through your life and care for another.
Life is too short to be otherwise.
