I see Rivotril is the same as Klonopin (Clonazepam) a benzodiazapine. That is what I take. Highly effective for anxiety and panic attacks.
Anafranil is an old Tricyclic antidepressant. These can have heavy side effects.
If it were me I would dump the Anafranil and keep the Rivotril.
I would bet it is the Anafranil causing the sexual side effects. It is listed as one. I have never heard of Rivotril causing that.
