Sometimes it helps, too, to have a friend who's your designated 'reality check' person. Of course, it has to be someone you trust absolutely. I'm really sorry you're having all this trouble, and talking to your doc sounds like a good idea.

I can really relate to feeling like I can't do anything well anymore. I feel like that a lot, and really have to push myself to do nearly anything. I had a med change a while back, and am going to be getting a level checked to see what's going on with it (too low? too high? shows in the right range so need to try something else? A pain in the rear!).
