So maybe stop saying the word "crazy" daily? Find a more positive word, or chant or motto.
Why not wake up do a self check and see where your at emotionally.. The go forward with your day based off the result of your self check.
Ex...... I wake up and self check and feel blah, sad, just unhappy.. I find things to do to lift me up, up beat music, Exercise and diet always makes a huge difference.
If I wake up spazzing out, I exercise and find activities that slow me down, quiet things , like reading, calming music.
The real point is find ways to treat yourself kindly. Learn to stop using negatives to describe your life...
Keep a bowl full of them on little slips of paper and pull one out , can often flip your mental self image.
