Do you have a Therapist? Therapy can often teach you ways to acknowledge the hallucinations and how to self ground to realize that altho it's a horrible symptom to have to deal with , but it's a skill that could help cut way down your reaction to them.
I deal with daily hallucinations, auditory and visual. "most" all the time I can just ignore it and go about my day.
