maybe the word true DID's means something different in that persons location....here in the USA we have changed to a new standard of diagnostics....here those that have memory loss with things like switching are called DID and those that dont have memory loss is now called Other Specified Dissociative Disorder.

psych central doesnt allow for members to question the validity of other members diagnosis's so Saying the words.... true DID..... does not always mean a person is faking it or not here on psych central.... it may just be a language/vocabulary difference for some locations.
