Im sorry but we can not tell you why ....you .....shouuld not die..all we can do is tell you why we have chosen not to die....I do not commit suicide because my family needs me and because I feel life is worth living.

there is a box at the bottom of the page called help lines and lifelines with all kinds of helpful numbers you can call when in suicidal state/thoughts.

Both the person I am now and before my alters were integrated I went through suicidal thoughts, suicidal alters. things I did when this happened was setting up an emergency treatment plan to address those times with my therapist and psychiatrist and medical doctor. we also visited the inpatient mental health unit so that those that may have to care for us understood my disorder and how to best help me. these came in very handy for those suicidal times of mine and still do.
