First day of sun for over a week so that is good. Intermittent tears for no reason, so that is bad. We celebrate christmas with my husband's side (i am Jewish) and last night ended up being fine but I had to take a xanax and give myself a pep talk. My daughter woke up at 5am trowing up so I was able to avoid a family brunch.

I don';t think it's the holidays getting me down, maybe the weather? All I know is that after severe depression the last 6 weeks have been a flurry of painting and home improvements and as soon as I was done my mood went down the toilet
