He is emotionally abusing you, and your statement of "at least he doesn't beat me" He shows no respect towards you. Have you been emotionally and physically abused in the past? Have you gone to Therapy to process it all and build your self esteem.

The chances of him changing and having a healthy relationship with him are i would say zero, it's best to end this relationship and move back into your home.

Please seek out Therapy, You will learn the way a healthy relationship should be, because without respect , well your just a doormat. YOU deserve much better, never settle.
