i admire and respect you for what you have done. my mums b/f did the same to me from when i was 8 - 15 and i didnt dare tell her until i was 15 and she didn't believe me.

you did the right thing and so did your mum. you were abused. your mum loves you and did the right thing, dont ever ever think otherwise. she is probably more upset at what he did to you. she will find love again with a man who isn't a bully and an abuser.
