Focusing on the negative, even in the attempt to feel more positivie ie telling yourself "I'm not crazy" several times...usually only keeps the negative inside. How about replacing it with positive self-talk? Im guilty of it too! How about instead of saying "Im not crazy" over and over....you recite a small list of things you are. For instance:
-I have personal struggles but I am strong!
-I am a fighter!
-I am special and there is no one else like me!
Does that sound like a possible positive self-talk you can try? Personalize it for you, but keep it positive!
